Position Summary:

Responsible for directly observing assigned patients. Promptly and effectively communicates with patients, family, visitors, nurses and physicians. Recognizes hazards to patient safety and takes appropriate action to maintain a clean and safe environment. Qualifications/Requirements

Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills

AHA or American Red Cross First Aid or BLS CPR certification Required

Experience: 1-3 years experience in a hospital or nurisng home facilty support role.
