The Engineering, Integration and Operations business area of Leidos has an opening for an HVAC Technician. Working at a site or sites in the Southwest Asia region, the appointed individual must possess the qualifications to install, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. They are responsible for executing scheduled periodic maintenance and seasonal overhauls on systems and components, ensuring optimal efficiency. Additionally, the designee performs planning activities and facility surveys. They oversee HVAC/R fuel emissions and refrigerant handling programs and activities, providing support for various ACCOM II systems including ATCALS Systems and Associated Support Equipment, ATC Weather Systems and Associated Support Equipment, C2 Air Control Squadron O&M Support and Regional Maintenance Center O&M and Support Equipment.

Primary Responsibilities:
Repair and planned/un-planned maintenance including corrosion control.
Basic Qualifications:
Education:
High School diploma or GED. Must have applicable CFC/EPA certification such as Section 608 Certification (Universal). Formal HVAC/R training such as: military technical training school, vocational college, and/or a four (4) year apprentice program with experience in HVAC/R maintenance and repair.
Experience:
Four (4) years of practical experience with equipment the technician will maintain.
Certifications Required:
Applicable CFC/EPA certification such as Section 608 Certification (Universal)
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with generator and power production systems

Pay Range:Pay Range $48,100.00 - $86,950.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
