Leidos is seeking a Sector Ethics Director to help shape Ethics and Compliance across the enterprise. This position is based out of our Reston HQ, with the ability to work remotely 50% of the time, and travel to the office as needed.
POSITION/STRATEGIC SCOPE:
- Advise and support sector executive and senior management in implementation of the Leidos Code of Conduct and development of an ethical culture consistent with Leidos values
- Serve as a trusted advisor to provide guidance, consultation and training to both leaders and employees
- Assist in shaping the Ethics and Compliance program in support of enterprise and sector strategy and goals
- Develop, adapt and implement world-class best practices that create significant competitive advantages for the enterprise
- Review and analyze investigation metrics to identify trends and establish root cause while thinking strategically to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities to strengthen an ethical culture.
- Propose and implement partnering approaches among the Leidos investigative functions and business lines to strengthen an ethical culture that encourages employees to seek guidance and report concerns without fear of retaliation
- Represent Leidos and cultivate strong relationships with external industry organizations such as Defense Industry Initiative (DII), Ethics and Compliance Initiative (ECI), and others

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience in Ethics and Compliance.
- Strong oral and written communication, project management, interpersonal, team-building, and leadership skills.
- Ability to apply business and industry expertise and provide organizational thought leadership.
- Experience working in an ethics role in a government contracting environment.
- Strong compliance background to understand and navigate the regulatory landscape.
- Investigative experience and expertise.
- Ability to work collaboratively and creatively to resolve issues related to ethics and strengthen the ethics and compliance program.

Pay Range:Pay Range $131,300.00 - $237,350.00
