The Mission The Leidos National Security Sector uses a wide range of capabilities to support our customers’ mission to defend against evolving threats around the world. Leidos is seeking a Program Support Analyst to support the Program Management Office (PMO) of two contracts within the Intelligence Community. The PMO Program Support Analyst will assist the Program Management team in the management of the contract through the following activities: deliverable management, tracking, editing, and delivery; support to staffing, onboarding, and security processes; knowledge management and record keeping; scheduling and associated logistics; task tracking and follow up; facilitation of employee engagement events; and meeting management and facilitation. The Program Support Analyst will review deliverables and ensure that programmatic standards are met in the deliverables. Program Support Analyst will contribute to the development of optimized PMO processes and templates as needed and will ensure that contract deliverables and program artifacts are properly archived. The Program Support Analyst will perform a variety of responsibilities including processing access requests for new employees, managing program calendars, updating employee rosters, and reserving conference rooms for organizational meetings. The Program Support Analyst will track incoming hires and departures and may be asked to support ad-hoc projects as needed.
Required Qualifications:
TS/SCI with Polygraph is required for this position.
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience supporting the IC (experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
Experience managing and tracking multiple initiatives simultaneously, and experience prioritizing and monitoring tasks.
Proficient use Microsoft Office Suite, and other collaboration tools.
Previous experience working in a program management support role is required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.
Experience with event planning is required.
Desired Qualifications:
Writing and editing experience.
Previous experience working at a customer site.
Experience working with IC protocols and policies.

Pay Range:Pay Range $78,000.00 - $141,000.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
