Leidos is looking for a Systems Integrator who will provide customer and stakeholder liaison coordination enabling innovative technological modernization to meet the evolving strategic requirements of the customer. The individual will meet with customers to discuss mission needs, analyze business processes, ad work with the internal technical team to define and clarify necessary capabilities. This individual will analyze the customer’s organizational goals and objective and assist in translating into technical capabilities to enable mission objectives.
Primary Responsibilities• Defining and communicating schedules and priorities with the customer to enable the development of actionable roadmaps. • Perform investigation and analysis of existing capabilities to define modernization requirements against established criteria for mission needs. • Develop and document operating models, capability maps, value chains and information models to define near-term capabilities. • Coordinate and facilitate the agreement of the scope and timeline to provide capabilities and provide status reports and other needed communication with the customer. • Serve as both the liaison with the DNI customer as well as the technical team relaying status as needed and presenting updates and demonstrations as needed to management and customers.
Qualifications• Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph• Typically requires a Master’s with 15+ years of prior relevant experience. Experience may be used in lieu of degree.• Experience working with large multi-organization working groups to coordinate mission objectives to be support by technical capabilities• Proven ability to create management plans, schedules, reports and briefing materials• Experience in documenting and analyzing issues• Project management experience
Desired Qualifications:• Experience in business process modeling• Knowledge of ODNI/NCSC mission and strategy

Pay Range:Pay Range $144,300.00 - $260,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
