The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Cartographic Production Specialist to work at a customer location in St. Louis, MO. This is an exciting opportunity to apply expertise in tradecraft/technical support to foundation data production, data integration, and data partnerships.
Primary Responsibilities.
The candidate shall use an understanding of geography, foundation data processes and procedures, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to produce and/or review national and international foundation data for map and chart production at various scales. The candidate shall analyze/evaluate foundation data for quality assurance in terms of coverage, accuracy, currency, completeness, and the applicability to data requirements. The candidate shall participate in technical exchanges with Government and partner personnel located at contractor sites, Government facilities, and virtually around the globe. Enabling activities in support of foundation data production (i.e. writing SOPs and how to guides, training coworkers, etc.)
Basic Qualifications. a. Demonstrated experience to performing data extraction and Imagery analysis using ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro. b. Demonstrated experience completing timely and accurate foundation data reviews. c. Demonstrated experience performing foundation data quality control / quality assurance analysis using GAIT/QAC software program. d. Basic experience and understanding of and application of foundation data methodologies. e. Basic experience producing foundation data products.
f. TS/SCI clearance required with ability to obtain and maintain Polygraph.

Pay Range:Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
