U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Office of Information Technology’s (OIT) Chief Technology Office (CTO) and Enterprise Infrastructure Division (EID) require Architecture and Solution Design, Engineering, Implementation and Operational Support Services to design, engineer, implement and maintain emerging, evolving, and developing Information Technology (IT) strategic solutions for the USCIS enterprise, to include Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) locations.
Primary Responsibilities
Leidos requires a Lead SME Network Architect (CTO) & Network Team Lead that delivers IT development services for USCIS that will support the ongoing evolution of enterprise IT solutions and enhancements utilizing an overarching management approach that focuses on the use of the horizonal delivery and Agile processes and technical excellence to assist the Government in executing and carrying out its IT architecture and engineering mission projects and responsibilities.
The lead will strategize and develop solutions that are in line with the goals of the organization. Responsible for developing solutions that meet business needs after conducting an analysis of the internal and external environments of USCIS. USCIS is currently adopting and delivering Software defined services platforms utilizing SaaS, IaaS in cloud and hybrid cloud environments. Responsible for educating and developing updated configurations and providing knowledge transfer to Engineering, Deployment and the Network Operations Center (NOC).
Basic Qualifications

Pay Range:Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
