Description
Leidos is seeking a Deputy Division Director to support all phases of the EDRM and a desire to lead challenging projects for the U.S. Government. As a Deputy Director, you will work with multidisciplinary teams to plan and deliver projects on time and within budget. Please note this is not a fully-remote position, and the current work schedule is 1 day in the office and 4 days of remote work; however, this is subject to change. For this reason, only candidates in the D.C. Metro area will be considered.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Serve as a key stakeholder in the development of proposal and financial strategy project documentation, including requirements, timelines, resource allocations, cost projections, and operational processes.• Provide leadership and support for project teams• Effectively communicate technology and financial strategies to senior and executive management.
• Participate in and coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews• Track and report on project and program budgets.• Establish or refine processes and delivery methodologies to enable successful delivery on project goals.• Participate in defining and maintaining the processes and tools that allow organizational leaders to effectively manage project lifecycle and change management processes.• Facilitate standing meetings between key project stakeholders.• Identify and report project risks and issues.• Establish collaborative relationships with co-workers, team members, Leidos functional groups, and customer.• Work with internal and external information technology and security departments
• Evaluate e-discovery tools and applications and make recommendation including preparing cost benefit analysis for additions to our program offerings
• Provide high level project and technological consultation to customers for e-discovery
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 8+ years eDiscovery and business management experience with a focus on client solutions and extensive hands on experience
Experience with financial tracking and analysis of services rendered (by internal and external)
Excellent communication, presentation, and inter-personal skills with both highly-technical teams and non-technical business leaders
Ability to work in a fast-paced agile work environment
Experience and familiarity with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the EDRM (File to Trial)
Strong information management background and solid understanding of eDiscovery methodologies
Excellent client and business management skills
Experience in leading projects with cross-functional technical and legal teams.
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience conducting Technology Assisted Review is valued
Law degree, technical certification, or other pertinent graduate degree is a plus
Experience developing workflows using Relativity or other document review applications
Experience training and supervising staff in the use of Relativity and other litigation support applications

Pay Range:Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
