Intelligence Analyst (Regional Focus: East Asia/China)
Advise/Support the ODNI’s regionally focused National Intelligence Manager (NIM) with planning, analyzing, producing, and coordinating the development of strategic documents, policy development, ODNI's external engagements with U.S. and foreign partners, and interagency meetings to include interagency-policy-committee to National Security Council meetings.
Support decision makers and special projects on intelligence integration issues to include the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior IC members, policy makers, military decision makers, and members of Congress, specifically, prepare and coordinate DNI level Executive Point Paper (EPP) and Talking Points (TPs), and Preparation Materials in support of these engagements.
Conduct reviews of IC collection and analysis against hard targets, identifying gaps, recommending solutions, and ensuring alignment with Unifying Intelligence Strategies.
Support the planning, facilitation, and after action needs for Community sessions and outreach initiatives to address intelligence integrations matters.
Support decision making and special projects on intelligence integration issues to include the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior IC members, policy makers, military decisions makers, members of Congress, and other major stakeholders on intelligence integration efforts.
Requires a BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience.
Basic Qualifications:
Regional expertise in one or more Area of Responsibility (AOR) to include China.
TS/SCI with Poly
Familiarity with the IC organization and staff processes
Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with senior leaders from inside and outside the USG, and to coordinate, network, and communicate across the IC.
A broad regional experience in a key Asia-Pacific country or expertise in functional area (cyber, military, export control etc) aligned to a key AP country.

Pay Range:Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
