The Leidos Health & Civil Sector is hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to provide tele-health services for the men, women and families of the government customer’s staff and contractor personnel. Work is performed on-site in McLean, VA. There is no option for remote work.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provides counsel to individuals, couples and families who experience problems and conflicts in their interpersonal relationships.

• Provides guidance and mediation to help address issued within a family unit. Responsible for implementing new processes, policies, or standards as needed and in conjunction with the customer’s needs.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Masters degree with specialized training from an accredited college or university

• Active LCSW licensure from one of the 50 states or DC

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in evaluating, diagnosing and treating a variety of mental health disorders with a focus on mood and anxiety-related disorder, including documenting and briefing clinical findings

• Top Secret with SCI polygraph clearance OR candidates that are willing to go through the process of obtaining the clearance may be considered.

• Maintain complete, accurate, and current records of all clinical services rendered, includes initial evaluations, progress notes, summary notes and all other necessary documentation

• Consult with management and other medical staff as needed

• Develop and implement programs for group therapy sessions and workshops

• US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing behavioral health support to military, intelligence and/or federal communities is strongly preferred
