Leidos is seeking an Analytical Tradecraft Reviewer to support a client’s requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The candidate should have extensive knowledge of the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203, Analytic Standards. The candidate will review multiple all-source analytical products ensuring that they adhere to the customer’s tradecraft principles. The candidate will work closely with analysts, authoring offices, and management teams. The position requires excellent writing skills and product review experience. The successful candidate will work independently amid the editorial and production support staff of the sponsoring office. This position requires a candidate to work a 10:00am to 6:00pm schedule.
Requirements:
An active TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph is required.
BA degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience.
Minimum of 5 years working with or in the IC.
Experience with all-source analysis and writing in the IC.
Experience reviewing analytic products to ensure strong analytic tradecraft to include clarity, relevance to national security policymakers and operators and sound argumentation.
Experience conveying the review of analytic products to analysts in a manner that produces the best product possible and assists in the analyst's development.
Knowledge of IC guidelines concerning ICD 203, Analytic Standards is required.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Excellent communication abilities and a "customer service-oriented" personality
Candidates must be familiar with classification levels in the IC.

Pay Range:Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
