The Mission
The Leidos National Security Sector uses a wide range of capabilities to support our customers’ mission to defend against evolving threats around the world. Our team’s focus is ensuring our intelligence customers have the right tools, technologies, and tactics to keep pace with an ever-evolving security landscape and succeed in their pursuit to protect people and critical assets.

The Intelligence and Homeland Security Group of Leidos is seeking a Senior Instructor to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD.  An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position.  The candidate will support Government staff in the following:

• Provides dedicated support to ODNI Intelligence Learning Network (ILN) through the Building the Foundations of Intelligence Integration, Influencing Intelligence Integration, the Intelligence Community Museum Experience, and other classes.

• Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs for Building the Foundations of Intelligence Integration, Influencing Intelligence Integration, the Intelligence Community Museum Experience, and other classes.

• Instructs and facilitates classes to train all levels of personnel across ODNI.  Classes are virtual instructor-led and onsite-instructor led.

• Administers experiential learning experiences and simulations.

• Works to continuously revise lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.

• Coordinates with Training Administrators on class arrangements, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating training effectiveness.

• Keeps abreast of information technology training needs, trends, methods, new materials, and techniques.

• Maintains awareness of historical and current intelligence-related policies, executive orders, and laws.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 18+ years of experience as a government or military intelligence analyst, a Master's degree and 10+ years of experience as a government or military intelligence analyst, or no degree with 24+ years of experience as a government or military intelligence analyst.

• TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.

Candidate must have their own computer and stable internet connection as the majority of ILN instruction is delivered virtually. This position is 75% remote.
