The Mission The Leidos National Security Sector uses a wide range of capabilities to support our customers’ mission to defend against evolving threats around the world. Our team’s focus is ensuring our intelligence customers have the right tools, technologies, and tactics to keep pace with an ever-evolving security landscape and succeed in their pursuit to protect people and critical assets.
We are seeking a Sr. Human Capital Policy and Strategy Specialist to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position up front. The candidate will support Government staff in the following:
Conducts outreach to colleges and Universities
Provides expert assistance in administration, coordination and implementation of policies, procedures and practices associated with HC leadership and management of the IC CAE program
Prep Congressionally Directed Actions
Develop issue papers, talking points
Monitors University Grants to encourage students to consider the IC an employer
Conduct Summer Seminars with Universities
Plans outreach meetings
Coordinate Outreach meetings with the IC Agencies and ODNI
Interfaces: DNI (HC, HRM, EEO, DEI), 18 IC Agencies CHCOs, NARSIL Task 7, and DEIA Lead
Processes/Activities: Set up Seminars, conduct outreach (in person, virtual), Monitor Federal Grants
Tools: MS Office, WebEx, MS Teams
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 18+ years of experience, a Master's degree and 10+ years of experience, or no degree with 24+ years of experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required

Pay Range:Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
