The National Airspace Systems Integration Support (NISC) program at Leidos is seeking a Communications Specialist to support multiple Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) programs including The Office of Policy, International Affairs, and Environment (APL) and National Engagement & Regional Administration (ARA).We are seeking a talented and energetic candidate to work with the best and brightest employees around the country in creating innovative all-encompassing solutions for our programs. Our team supports a wide range of FAA organizations in achieving their business objectives under a NISC IV contract. The selected candidate will provide communications support including strategic planning, producing marketing and communications collateral, executing internal and external communications campaigns, developing information products.
Communications Specialist Primary Responsibilities:
Develop clear and concise communications products and materials for internal or external audiences.
Conduct research to develop new content and update existing materials. Define metrics to track communications effectiveness.
Support the clients by applying creative problem-solving and an entrepreneurial approach.
Other duties include researching technical reference materials, gathering relevant technical information, coordinating with stakeholders or other experts, developing draft and final copies of documentation while ensuring documents meet editorial and government specifications and adhering to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, format, and style.

Pay Range:Pay Range $61,750.00 - $111,625.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
