The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) reports into the Digital Modernization Sector and collaborates across organizational lines to deliver effective enabling digital capabilities to our global employee base. The OCIO team develops, deploys, and manages innovative digital capabilities leveraging industry-leading partnerships and cost-effective deployment and management models. The OCIO is seeking leaders to drive efficient capability delivery and management, more opportunities for innovation, and facilitate data-driven decisions across the enterprise.
This position is to lead our incredible architecture, engineering, infrastructure, and application teams, whodeploy and manage our service catalog to the enterprise.
Core Responsibilities include:
Cultivate and grow a capability-focused IT Service organization that balances technology modernization with cost efficiency
Update and continuously manage a clear service catalog of offerings, in order to best facilitate our global employees’ work and enhance productivity
Develop and deliver business requirements within budget
Identifyopportunities to reduce technical sprawl, including technology for retirement
Evaluate new technology, partners, and capabilities for integration into our service catalog
Develop an outcomes-based culture and cultivate and reward high performing teams
Work collaboratively with Digital Transformation & Business Enablement team to develop, codify, and test Customer Zero opportunities
Identify and drive productivity- and cost-efficiency-driving KPI’s
Contribute to the CIO strategic roadmap of progressive opportunities for modernization, innovation, and system retirement
Champion and iterate on CIO’s technology capabilities with internal and external collaborators
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 13+ years of prior relevant experience.
12+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
Demonstrable experience leading ITIL-basedenterprise service delivery teams
Demonstrable experience leading geographically-dispersed technical teams through large scale organizational change
Demonstrable experience developing and executing a strategic vision through to deliver capabilities to an enterprise
Demonstrable systems engineering expertise/practices to drive consistent technical operating models for service management and delivery
Experience developing and delivering cloud, compute/storage/infrastructure
Experience managing SaaS and COTS software solutions for an enterprise (Microsoft, AWS, ERPs, etc.)
Experience with successfully managing P&L responsibilities
Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD clearance (US Citizen) is strongly preferred
Engineering background with MBA strongly preferred
25% travel CONUS (mostly Reston VA) and annual international travel to applicable team sites

Pay Range:Pay Range $207,200.00 - $333,000.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
