The Mission The Leidos National Security Sector uses a wide range of capabilities to support our customers’ mission to defend against evolving threats around the world. Our team’s focus is ensuring our intelligence customers have the right tools, technologies, and tactics to keep pace with an ever-evolving security landscape and succeed in their pursuit to protect people and critical assets.
We are seeking a Senior Instructor to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Chantilly, VA. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position. The candidate will support Government staff in the following:
Provides dedicated support to ODNI MPAC through the Analysis 101, Analysis 201, and National Intelligence Priorities Framework classes.
Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs for Analysis 101, Analysis 201, and National Intelligence Priorities Framework classes.
Facilitates all programs to train all levels of personnel across ODNI.
Administers experiential learning experiences/simulations.
Works to continuously revise lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.
Coordinates with TAs on class arrangements, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating training effectiveness.
Keeps abreast of information technology training needs, trends, methods, new materials, and techniques.
Basic Requirements:
BA degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. Experience may be exchanged for degree requirements.
TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.

Pay Range:Pay Range $98,150.00 - $177,425.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
