The FAA’s Human Capital Programs Division is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our diverse and fast –paced organization. The selected applicant will support recruitment projects with an emphasis on administrative support across multiple functional areas. Successful candidates can look forward to working in a fun and collaborative team-oriented environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Corporate Engagement Branch with event coordination, candidate management and interview scheduling
- Assist with the coordination of in-person and virtual recruiting events, including networking, career fairs and diversity events
- Maintain event calendars
- Work with internal business partners to identify talent ambassadors, and ensure event logistics are provided timely
- Liaison with external stakeholders to ensure the FAA is registered for all events timely, and employer booth set-up is on time and branded appropriately
- Source candidates by using resume databases and social media
- Posting job ads on universities’ boards, career websites, social media, online forums
- Provide miscellaneous and administrative support to the recruiting team as needed
- Purchase, distribute and maintain inventory of event materials, and other event supplies
- Communicate with candidates to confirm interview and event attendance
- Help drive completion of key recruiting milestones
- Interface with internal stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience in recruitment or relative related field
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator
- Experience utilizing using MS Office products, database management, internet searches
- Knowledge of HR tools, resources, policies, and best practices
- Familiarity with job boards, social media, especially LinkedIn
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
- Must be able to work well independently and in a team environment
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage frequently changing priorities
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while managing work time efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Will be required to travel to the DC headquarters office to coordinate career event activities
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. (To qualified for the FAA Public Trust you must be a US Citizen or a Green Card Holder who has resided in the US for the past 3 years.)
The selected candidate, will be required to work onsite at least 2 days a week.

Pay Range:Pay Range $49,400.00 - $89,300.00
