Our fast-growing National Security Sector is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Systems Architect to support the customer in planning and implementing enterprise architecture, systems engineering, and integration practices to enable a secure and interoperable IC Information. Position is located in Bethesda, MD. Candidates must currently possess a TS/SCI Polygraph security clearance.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsibilities and tasks may include some or all of the following:
Provide subject matter expertise for detailed planning, design, and implementation guidance to ensure successful adoption of enterprise IT systems throughout the Intelligence Community.
Facilitate collaboration and negotiation of complex trade-offs involving separate IC policies, technology environments, and
resources.
Provide assessments of policies, plans, and requirements and recommend appropriate responses to address any issues surfaced to ensure comprehensive planning across communities of interest.
Assist government client with developing programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to high-level government managers.
Review and assess IC implementation plans to identify issues early in the plans.
Develop and review presentation materials to communicate enterprise objectives and goals.
Maintain schedules with significant milestones to enable accurate tracking along critical paths.
Facilitate and resolve problems within working groups to ensure completion of goals and objectives and communicating progress to executive management.
Communicate enterprise goals and objectives to high-level committees and working groups.
Apply critical analytical thinking to proposed directives, recommendations and guidance documents originating from a variety of sources and provide critical comments and recommendations for improving them.
Develop and/or maintain guiding documents, such as mission service transition plans, and CONOPs.
Provide meeting coordination and facilitation support to IC workgroups to identify, address and implement solutions to enterprise issues.
Basic Qualifications
BS degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Detail-oriented, ability to consistently provide high-quality products that are concise, thorough, and accurate.
Experience with government architecture tools (DODAF/TOGAF/JARM/EARM)
Ability to adapt in response to shifts in customer priorities.
Experience collaborating with diverse IC stakeholders to drive consensus and forward progress.

Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or Information

Pay Range:Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
