Leidos is hiring an Asset Management Forward Supply Clerk to support the Air Force National Capital Region (AFNCR) IT Services (ITS) program at The Pentagon and Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, DC. The successful candidate will assist the Government staff by developing, maintaining, and improving the AFNCR ITS Catalog and provide continuous process improvement analysis in support of those services.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage, Maintain, and deploy IT equipment while tracking the lifecycle via a CMDB such as Remedy.
Responsible for tracking and reporting on all accountable IT assets in the Asset Supply Point (ASP)
Deploy IT equipment for Tech Refresh, Deskside Support, and Routine Requirements requests and meet all Service Level Requirements (SLA).
Identify obsolete, broken and out of warranty equipment.
Provide daily inventory reports as well as maintain a threshold of assets for deployments.
Basic Qualifications:
Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
Experience with hardware asset management functions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Office, MS Teams)
Must be committed to customer service, well organized, able to plan and prioritize assignments, and able to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Active DoD Secret clearance.
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, be courteous and professional when interacting with colleagues and customers, demonstrate a solid ability to identify and solve problems, and be able to work successfully in a team environment.
Preferred Experience:
Strong working knowledge of BMC Remedy modules, especially Asset Management.
Has a CAMP or CHAMP Certification.
Experience with logistics and/or asset management functions in a DOD/Military environment.
Experience in the AFNCR environment with AFDW and/or HAF customers.

Pay Range:Pay Range $38,350.00 - $69,325.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
