The National Security Sector at Leidos is currently looking for an IT Support/ IANO Specialist for Ft. Gordon, GA. The IT Support/IANO Specialist will perform a variety of duties to support the Division Support Branch of CECOM TSD.
Responsibilities/ Duties:
- Works with the Ft. Gordon NEC for NIPR connectivity for our users and devices.
- Responsible for all the hardware that comes in and out of DSB for the CECOM personnel for issue, turn in, repair, and requests for basic troubleshooting or upgrades.
- Provides hardware and connectivity support for network connected peripherals such as routers, switches, firewalls, modems, desktops, laptops, tablets, VOIP phones, printers, copiers, and scanners.
- Performs hardware repair and upgrades and destruction during EOL (End of Life) Cycle.
- Creates and maintains Windows images for training support personnel.
- Provides situational awareness of Command Cyber Readiness Inspections (CCRI) and identifies key issues and priorities affecting the operations and defense of Army networks, to include the classified and unclassified circuits.
- Performs analysis and prepares reports on Information Assurance and Command Cyber Readiness Inspections (CCRI) assessment results and tracks the overall compliance of all sites with open findings.
- Identifies actions to increase traditional security and Information Assurance compliance within the Department Of Defense.
- Coordinates with United States Cyber Command, other Army Commands and subordinate Army organizations and commands to ensure assessments yield meaningful, measurable data that advances the overall operational security of the organization.
- Alerts Army Cyber Command operations personnel on the pace and effectiveness of compliance or non-compliance with vulnerabilities or deficiencies.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 or more years of experience. Additional years of directly related experience can offset the degree requirements.
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- Experience with Windows imaging
- Experience with Hareware trouble shooting, repairs and upgrades

Pay Range:Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00
