Description
Leidos is seeking a Business Process Analyst to work onsite with our customer in their Washington, D.C. office and will be responsible for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing business processes and developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.
Primary Responsibilities
Works independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables.
Develops solutions to problems and issues that are unclear and require thorough analyses and understanding of domain knowledge.
Communicates with internal and client project team members.
Works to influence team members regarding solution design, process and/or approaches.
Researching best business practices within and outside the organization
Collecting and analyzing process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on increased productivity, customer initiatives and cost reduction.
Basic Qualifications
Requires a BA degree and over 2 years of prior relevant experience. In lieu of a degree 10 plus years of experience may be considered.
Support help desk operations with problem and incident optimization
Streamline process flows to enhance issue handling time in help desk operations
Develop reports and recommendations for process improvements
Solid understanding of key communications tools, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Pay Range:Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
