Are you looking for a career that will make an impact?The Leidos Health & Civil Sector is hiring Marriage and Family Counselors to provide referral services and expert consultation on various Employee Assistance Program and work/life issues for the government customer’s staff and contractor personnel. Top Secret/SCI with Poly security clearance is required to start *but Leidos will consider sponsoring qualified individuals towards gaining the required clearance for this position.
Work is performed on-site in McLean, VA. There is no option for remote work.

Meet virtually with scheduled clients, either by phone or video, as applicable to each consultation
Treats psychological, behavioral and mental issues related to families or marriage.
Provides counsel to individuals, couples and families who experience problems and conflicts in their interpersonal relationships.
Provides guidance and mediation to help address issued within a family unit. Responsible for implementing new processes, policies, or standards as needed and in conjunction with the customer’s needs.
Three shifts to choose from! Monday - Friday. Set shifts (no shift rotation required).
6 am – 2 pm
2 pm – 10 pm (15% shift differential paid)
10 pm – 6 am (25% shift differential paid)
Required Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Masters Degree in counseling psychology, community counseling or social work with 6+ years of relevant experience.
Must have licensure to work at an independent level. Active professional license to conduct marriage and family counseling from one of the 50 states or DC
Experience providing behavioral health support to military, intelligence and/or federal communities
Top Secret with SCI polygraph clearance OR candidates that are willing to go through the process of obtaining the clearance may be considered.
Experience with training psychological, behavioral, and mental issues related to families or marriage
Maintain complete, accurate, and current records of all clinical services rendered, includes initial evaluations, progress notes, summary notes and all other necessary documentation
Consult with management and other medical staff as needed
Develop and implement programs for group therapy sessions and workshops
US Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of government contract operations

Pay Range:Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
