Leidos Dynetics is seeking a talented MRP Scheduler/ECO Coordinator to join a dynamic team focused onmanufacturingofcomplexproducts.WithofficesacrosstheUnitedStatesengaginginthedefense,space, cyber and commercial fields, Leidos Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering solutions.

The MRP Scheduler/ECO Coordinator will work in all areas of production control supporting both DefenseandCommercialprograms.ProductionControlSpecialist willensureallworkperformedduringthe production control process is compliant with Leidos Dynetics quality management system and contract requirements.

PrimaryResponsibilities

• Coordinatethe ImplementationofECO’sand Deviationswithinamanufacturingenvironment.

• WorkwithstockroomtocoordinateissuanceofadditionalmaterialrequiredforECOimplementation and coordinating ECO implementation with Contract Manufacturers.

• InteractwithProcurementtoimplementECO’satvarious suppliers.

• Workwithplanningtoimplementthenecessaryrevchangesonwork orders.

• PerformthenecessarysystemtransactionstoRevSerialnumbersofaffectedunits.

• DeterminingChangeEffectivitydates.

• Deviation Management.

• Executionofallchanges/redlinestoin-processManufacturingOrdersandroutersduetoECO’sand revision changes.

• Expeditejobsasrequired.

• Coordinateproductionworkflowforoneormore projects.

• Responsibleforexecutingconfigurationanddatamanagementprocessesandcontrolsformanaging andtrackingconfigurationchangesandensuringcompanypoliciesandproceduresareimplemented in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements.

• SettingupandSchedulingprogramsinMRP.

BasicQualifications

• Candidatesmusthave a BA degree and 2 years of experience.In lieu of a degree,aHighSchooldiploma/GEDwithatleastfive6yearsofexperienceworking production control with similar manufacturing programs.

• Candidatemusthaveatleasttwo(2)yearsofexperienceimplementingEngineeringChangeOrdersina manufacturing environment.

• Candidatemusthavedemonstratedcomputerskills,andtheabilitytointerpretbothmechanicaland electrical design changes and their impact to a manufacturing process.

• Candidatemusthavedemonstratedknowledgeofproductionplanningandqualitycontrolprinciples (AS9100 and/or AS5553).

• CandidatemustbearesidentoftheNorthAlabamaareaorwillingtorelocatetotheHuntsville -North Alabama, AL area.

• Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance OR meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preference shown to candidates who possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

• Preferred candidates will also have production control experience with Deltek CostPoint.
