FM2, Lee Company’s facility maintenance and management team is looking for experienced Commercial/Industrial Technicians.
Summary of Job:
This position is responsible for performing maintenance for our commercial customers and performing installs, repairs, and maintenance to a variety of equipment and plumbing systems while utilizing our technology and great customer service to provide a superior experience for our customers.
Education and Experience
- 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate preferred
Skills and Abilities:
- Plumbing license a plus
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Technical Skills – has knowledge and ability to diagnose, work with, and repair
- Efficiently use Trade Specific Tools
- Intermediate use of Cable Drain Cleaning
- Intermediate use of Jetting Drain Cleaning Equipment
- Intermediate Electrical
- Intermediate Pump Lift Station Diagnosis/Repairs
- Intermediate Water Heater Diagnosis and Repairs
- Intermediate Plumbing Fixture installation
