What you will do
The Zero Trust and IAM Sr. Engineer will define, plan, and estimate tasks required to complete assigned system functionality captured through user stories.
You are a self-starter that demonstrates excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service, and ensuring products meet or exceed operational requirements. Will collaboratively participate in all areas of delivery from design, development and test code in accordance with team standards.
The Zero Trust and IAM Sr. Engineer is responsible for the efficient and effective transition from the design, build cycles to the operations cycle which includes documentation, education and ongoing support.
Additional responsibilities include technical documentation development, support, problem management, change management, reporting, budgeting and planning for identity management related initiatives.
How you will do it
Administer user accounts and access privileges in the organisation’s identity management system.
Work closely with the IAM team to ensure that the right people have access to the right resources.
Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the IAM systems.
Involved in troubleshooting and resolving IAM issues.
Participate in IAM projects and Initiatives.
Maintain documentation for the IAM program.
Participate in IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks.
Analyse, configure, develop, test, document, and implement new and existing applications and solutions to deliver high quality, scalable solutions to meet business objectives and operational requirements.
Adhere to application/architecture design, design patterns and development technology/standards.
Adhere to the defined change management guidelines and corporate regulations.
Support the identification and resolution of application and technical issues.
Regular development of IAM Roadmap, and perform security assessments and tool evaluations
Adaptive to different technology interfaces and frameworks.
Focused on delivery of high-quality solutions and improvements in customer experience and operational excellence. Has awareness of scalability. Help define implementation roadmaps, support requirements and management infrastructure.
What we look for
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of current development technologies & environments
Familiarity with Single Sign-On Federation using SAML, OpenID connect, OAuth 2.0 standards.
Knowledge of IAM software, such as Microsoft Active Directory
Experience with Windows, Linux / Unix, scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Perl), LDAP, SQL, and web services.
Preferred
Experience with Single Sign-On Federation using SAML, OpenID connect, OAuth 2.0 standards.
Experience supporting Active Directory
Familiarity with database concepts and relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL
Familiarity with Privilege Access Management solutions
Knowledge or familiarity with ITIL processes and methods.
Strong project management skills and global experience
