What You Will Do:
Executes the talent acquisition strategy and delivers talent acquisition services within a country. Directs talent acquisition generalists and specialists, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform. Priorities recruiting activities and events and assignment of employee groups. University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 8 Years suggested minimum experience.
How You Will Do It:
Works closely with Executive leaders to understand business needs and to develop recruitment strategies to source and secure top leadership talent.
Effectively manages multiple open positions, globally, across all business units with in Global Products (manufacturing)
Follows the established processes and standards as well as utilizes the specific tools created for the executive search team to establish exec search as a marquis service offering in the TA COE.
Utilizes high level interviewing skills in order to assess complex competencies and skill sets.
Proactively sources passive talent, utilizing all tools and resources available (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoom Info)
Manages the relationship with internal and external sourcing resources in order to fill the position in a timely and cost effective manner.
Manages the relationship with third party search firms when they are utilized.
Dispositions candidates and manages the candidate experience throughout the recruiting process to create an exceptional candidate experience.
Serves as the liaison between the candidate and leadership during the interview and selection process.
Presents offers to candidates and manages any offer negotiations.
Utilizes the applicant tracking system and the CRM to manage candidates throughout the selection process until the position is filled.
Notifies candidates not selected and manages any ongoing relationships with those candidates.
Maintains complete and accurate Applicant tracking for EEO data recording and reporting requirements.
Educates and coaches managers regarding interviewing techniques and legal issues in interviewing.
What We Look For:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
A minimum of eight years staffing and recruiting experience, with specific experience recruiting for leadership and/or executive talent.
Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, applicant tracking systems and HR software packages.
Strong customer service orientation, strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple high priority demands.
Experience and comfort interacting at the executive level.
Strong knowledge of recruiting laws and practices.
