What you will do:
- To manage and coordinate order with customer and support the field service engineers/FLSP at site, to handle both IR F&B (Food and Beverage) and YPS (Oil and Gas & Pharmaceutical customer base) order.
- To process warranty order and follow up with factory on warranty claim and part replacement.
How you will do it:
- Coordinating with individual customers account on the service visits for PSA, L&M and Retrofit orders.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance visit schedule with customer, arrange spare parts, and sub-contractors for shut down works.
- Coordinating with field service engineer for work preparations
- Meeting with customer to discuss on the job scope and requirements.
- Preparing the necessary documents prior to each visit of service engineer (Method Statement, Risk Assessments and Permit applications)
- Submit application for access to Jurong Island, customer sites.
- Preparing and briefing the scope of works to service engineers before each visits.
- Preparing and coordinating the delivery of required parts, tools and consumables for the job.
- Follow up on the recommendations from service engineers after each visit.
- Follow up on visit closure, necessary documents signed by customer and submit for invoicing.
- Execution of business operation and conduct are to conform to JC Singapore policies.
- Communicate and work closely with other departments in ensuring the overall company objectives/performance is achieved at all times.
- Responsive to customer on urgent callout, and take immediate actions
- Foster strong customer relationship with all customers enabling the company to be active & leading, speedy response time, highly profitable, excellent payment collection position at all time.
- Maintain high morale and team spirit in the office environment
- To observe, promote and practice JC culture and leadership quality’s
- Process warranty claim from customer and project engineer, submit application to factory and raise PR/PO for replacement part.
- Follow up payment or credit note to the warranty part.
- Arrange service engineer for part replacement under project warranty.
- Arrange part delivery to oversea site and coordinate with courier and logistics for custom clearance documentation.
- To manage a group directly reports FLSP.
- Working with Service Operations Manager set performance expectations & provide regular feedback to FLSPs.
- Driving FLSP productivity, utilization, and performance at site.
- Assist FLS in quoting customer for small L&M jobs from FLSP’s service report recommendation.
- Assist FLS in both technical knowledge and managing customer site situation.
- Verifying payment to suppliers & sub-contractors.
- With Service Operations Manager determine overall staffing requirements and gaps of FLSPs in terms of both quantity and quality of resources and create development and training plan.
- Conduct regular skills assessment, performance appraisal of FLSPs and review and gain approval of all performance related actions from HR and Service Operations Manager.
- Actively participate in trainings assigned by Service Operations Manager to enhance technical skills & product knowledge.
- Ensure technical support is available for FLSPs whenever required.
- Ensure service report, expenses claims, and timesheet submission are on time for jobs closure.
- Identify FLSP’s challenges on job execution, administrative works and to find out rectification solution or improvement.
- Perform any other duties or undertake additional role from time to time, whether ad-hoc or otherwise, as assigned by the management.
What we look for:

Engineering Degree onwards or equivalent (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Process)

Relevant experience in HVAC / Refrigeration or similar industry is added advantage

Good communication, analytical, organizing & relationship management skills
