What you will do:
Acts as on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete assigned projects. Delegates tasks to execute and fully complete assigned projects. Coordinates communication with customer during all phases of the project. Coordinates the work of subcontractors.
How you will do it:
Provide the drafting and modelling support for the project
Engage in all M & E drafting works using Autocad, Revit/BIM and Naviswork
Construct 3D Model and prepare detailed shop drawings and coordination drawings for submission
Prepare as-built drawings
Work with the project team and contractors to ensure drawings are provided within timeline
Ensure comments from consultant and clients are follow-up proactively
Any adhoc duties assigned by BIM Coordinator/ Design Engineer
Able to go site to perform site detail measurement.
What we look for:
Degree/Diploma in Engineering or relevant BIM certifications
Good understanding of HVAC system and operation.
Experience modeller in 2D/3D modeling of HVAC equipment, Piping, Ducting & Chiller Plant layout.
Drafting experience such as AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks will be advantageous
Understanding of Electrical and Fire protection systems is added advantage
Willing to work towards professional qualifications and membership of a recognized project management institution (such as IPMA)
Knowledge of the local code & regulation, design code and authority requirement on site execution work
