What you will do

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Product Management to lead our software platforms, cloud computing, and AI initiatives for the next generation security platform product portfolio within Access Control & Video Surveillance Security Products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas and a proven track record of driving product success at a strategic level.

How you will do it

• Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate the strategic vision for AI, software platforms, and cloud computing products. Align product goals with overall business objectives and market opportunities

• Market Research and Analysis: Oversee comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to guide product strategy and development

• Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a high-level product roadmap that outlines key milestones, features, and enhancements. Prioritize initiatives based on business value and customer impact

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation

• Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product concepts. Use customer insights to drive continuous improvement

• AI and Cloud Integration: Oversee the integration of AI technologies and cloud computing capabilities into our software platforms. Ensure seamless and scalable solutions that meet customer needs

• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance

• Stakeholder Management: Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Manage expectations and ensure alignment with business goals

• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing product management team. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus

• Proven experience as a Director of Product Management or similar leadership role, preferably in AI, software platforms, and cloud computing or Access Control and Video Surveillance

• Strong understanding of AI technologies, cloud computing, and software development processes

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
