Engineering Manager
A. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
Based on the long-term plan of product development, establish, and develop product development technical team, and constantly improve the technical ability
Work with the management to set the annual work goals and supervise the implementation
Assist product management department to make product development plan and roadmap, and implement them
Organize the Department to carry out product development and innovation according to the requirements of JCI process, coordinate the progress and resources of product development projects, and timely introduce and develop new products to meet the market needs
Lead or participate in global product development and improvement projects and activities, coordinate project schedule and resources, implement LOB requirements
Responsible for organizing the Department to carry out the continuous improvement of the existing design process / method / tool to improve the design quality and efficiency Responsible for technical review of non-standard contract design, detailed design of non-standard order, timely delivery of technical documents
Do a good job in communication, coordination and cooperation with relevant departments, analyze the opportunities of products in production and use, organize CI, CR, VAVE for products
Provide technical support for manufacturing and maintenance service, provide technical documents related to products in time, coordinate and solve technical problems of products
Responsible for the daily management of the Department and staff performance evaluation
Abide by the company's ethics policy, company system, policy and process, and comply with the quality requirements related to the position Advocate the construction of corporate culture in the Department
Implement the company's safety, environmental protection and health management regulations; Identify and rectify the environmental factors and hazards of the post, and remember the major risks and important environmental factors of the company; Effective implementation of the company's safety, environmental protection and health management objectives and management programs
Complete the task temporarily assigned by the superior.
B. REQUIREMENT PROFILE
1.Education background: Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Working experience: more than 6 years management experience in air conditioning and refrigeration product development team
3.Abilities and skills:
- Familiar with related product technical knowledge, at least four years of air conditioning and refrigeration system development experience;
- Familiar with all kinds of domestic and international technical standards of related products;
- Rich project management experience and ability to find, analyze and solve problems;
- Good written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to make full use of various resources;
- Good leadership and coordination skills;
