Job Role:-
ØDeveloping process enhancement strategies and solutions
ØManaging CI Projects inside the shared service center and with the Business Units
ØAssess, monitor, and enhance process efficiency and effectiveness
ØCollaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction
ØTraining, mentoring, and guiding team members on Lean Six Sigma methodologies
ØStaying up-to-date with developments in management and process optimization
ØParticipating in project planning, documentation, process mapping and establishing clear goals/metrics to ensure return on investment
ØAnalyzing & Documenting company processes and procedures
ØFacilitating Kaizen, VSM, FMEA and RCA workshops to improve organizational processes
ØPartnering with business units to identify CI training needs and facilitate/ arrange the required sessions
ØProvides actionable data to various internal support groups as and when needed
ØPerform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement and Qualifications:
ØAdvanced degree in engineering/ business studies/ economics
ØBlack Belt certification is a must from recognized institution
ØAt least 7-10 years’ experience in leading OTC CI projects (Lean Six Sigma, workshops or other) across Quote, Booking, Order Processing, Collections and/or Cash Applications
ØExperience is a large multi-national corporation service center or BPO is highly desirable
ØExperience in working on strategic projects within a shared services environment
ØAbility to influence change, deal with ambiguity and drive best practices. This includes process improvement initiatives in a fragmented IT landscape
ØExcellent leadership, interpersonal and collaboration skills with the proven ability to effectively supervise, mentor and influence employees
ØStrong leadership qualities to work within a matrix business model, deal with ambiguity, and to solve business problems that create shareholder value
ØEnglish proficiency required; written and verbal
ØExceptional listening and advanced analytical skills
ØSolid time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
ØAbility to communicate effectively and deal with diverse individuals, groups, and all levels of the organization
ØIntermediate skills in Microsoft® Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research
ØProficient with Excel management (consolidate different data bases, V Look ups, Power Query, Power Pivot, Distinct Count, Dashboards elaboration, etc.)
