What you will do Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting the Construction Managers and Project Managers with coordination/ documentation, ordering of equipment for Install base projects including day-to-day general office duties as assigned for fire alarm, suppression and sprinkler.

· Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, EXCEL, Power Point
· Valid driver's license with a good driving record
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize among assignments with a strong adherence to deadlines
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Must be organized, detail oriented and self-motivating.
· Must Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
· Positive Attitude a must
· Punctual and Accountable
· Experience dealing with customers
Preferred
· 3 to 5 years of related experience
· Experience in a high-volume, customer service-oriented position
· Construction industry experience is helpful
