Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support our recruitment efforts on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of recruitment experience, preferably in-house, but agency experience will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for each role.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (Workday).
Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of recruitment experience.
Experience in an in-house recruitment role is preferred, but agency experience will be considered.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
