- Specialize in Building Management System Design: As part of the BMS team, you'll design systems for industrial, commercial, and residential markets, which exposes you to diverse projects and environments.
- Consultation Focus: Our team is primarily focused on consulting with clients to enhance their buildings, reduce running costs and emissions, and improve overall performance.
- Comprehensive Knowledge: You'll gain a solid understanding of the main areas our systems interact with, including HVAC controls, Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Services Systems.
- Guidance and Mentorship: Your mentor will guide you in fundamental BMS engineering principles, teaching you innovative methods to lower energy costs, reduce emissions, and improve building efficiency.

- Education and Training: You'll be enrolled full-time in a "Level 4 automation and controls engineering technician qualification". This program combines on-the-job work experience with college education, providing a comprehensive learning experience. Training and Qualifications:
- You will be enrolled on a level Level 4 automation and controls engineering technician qualification.

Career Progression:
- Upon completion, a number of internal engineering opportunities within the company will be available to you. All of our apprentices immediately move into full time permanent positions.
Qualifications Required:
- GCSE or equivalent in English (Grade 5)
- GCSE or equivalent in Math’s (Grade 5)
- Full Driving License is desirable.

What happens next?
- Suitable candidates will have a screening call with a recruiter to discuss the position and provide necessary documentation. Afterward, you will be invited to an assessment center in May, assessment centers typically include a combination of activities such as group problem-solving tasks, individual interviews, and presentations.
- Within 48 hours of the assessment center, candidates will receive a response regarding the outcome of their application. If successful, they can begin the apprenticeship on September 2, 2024.
