What you will do
Despatcher is a key role reporting to the Service Ops & Analytics Manager and is responsible for scheduling jobs for technicians, coordinate with the Operations teams and providing answers to questions by retrieving information from the necessary departments and supervising the field units’ routes to prioritize and organize their schedules.

How you will do it
As a Despatcher, your responsibilities will be;
• Scheduling jobs for around 50 technician and dispatching vehicles or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs.
• Creating jobs in the system and communicating with the Operations team.
• Coordinating with multiple departments and customers for successful job execution.
• Following up on timesheet approvals and billing.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives
• Analyzing and consolidating various reports using Excel
