We have an opportunity for a Data Integrity Administrator to join our Auckland team! In this role we are seeking a standout individual with confidence, energy, and enthusiasm to be a vital link between our customers and the Fire business units.

What you will do:
Provide first class administration support in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Provide direct support for the execution of day-to-day functions in the invoicing and data entry
How you will do it:
Provide customer centric admin support to our clients
Provide administration support to the business units
Accurate uploading, updating and maintenance of client data. This also includes data extraction and reporting on new and future client requirements.
Preparation of reports and correspondence for internal and external use
Prepare billings & customer account special handling requirements (request PO ref #’s)
Researches, resolves, or escalates accounts receivable disputes/issues. If needed, will interact with customer to resolve receivable issues. Writes up invoice credits and journals as necessary.
Researches, resolves, or escalates accounts payable issues. If needed, will interact with suppliers to resolve issues.
Clean and precise data entry
Other duties as required by management
Be a positive, willing, contributing, and adaptable member of the team at all times and demonstrating high ethical behaviours
What we look for?
Business Administration qualification preferred but not essential
At least 3 years outbound customer service and or sales experience
Previous Administration experience
Sales / Key Account Management qualifications or courses preferred (not essential)
Intermediate to Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel
Broad business experience preferred (not essential)
Customer management experience
Fire Industry experience an advantage but not essential
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
Professional presentation skills with an engaging and mature personality
Efficient and impeccable customer service for new and existing clients
Exceptional organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple expectations
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional and confident telephone manner
Multi-tasking and time management skills
Positive and flexible, team player approach. Assist in creating and maintaining a healthy work environment.
Ability to hit the ground running and pick up new systems and processes quickly
Experience dealing with a variety of personality types
An eagle eye for detail
Knowledge of Pronto would be a distinct advantage
Ability to communicate with people at all levels throughout a large organisation
