Credit Portfolio Representative - SSC Credit
Services.
The incumbent must understand and comply
with Company compliance policies, including
the Code of Business Conduct (including NAM
supplements), the Anti-Corruption Policy and
the Antitrust Compliance Policy, and is
required to participate in compliance training in
such policies and provide disclosures and
compliance certifications from time to time.

What you'll get to do:
• Process and reconcile a high volume of customer payments
• Provide first tier customer support. Includes monitoring and responding to request via Credit Phone line and email lnboxes
• Support external customer setup and access to our customer facing digital solutions
• Understand and provide solutions to balance the goal of maximizing sales while minimizing credit risk
• Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with external customers to enhance customer relations and optimize pay practices
• Provide pertinent value-added information on a timely basis to Credit Management and Sales Teams.
• Work closely with Credit management to assist in reconciliation and collection of data and evidence in effort to maintain our Lien and Bond rights where applicable
• Minimize DSO KPl's directly and indirectly by maintaining disciplined credit processes, procedures, and focus of assigned responsibilities
• Build a foundation of portfolio management to be able to support and/or manage an assigned portfolio when applicable
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent desirable.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Credit Management
• Direct construction industry experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Establish trust and relationships.
Internal and external customer management experience
• Performance and result management.
• Demonstrated openness to change, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Demonstrated drive, work ethic and initiative.
• Microsoft Office Products experience is required
• SAP experience is a plus
• GetPaid experience is a plus
