Heidelberg Materials is seeking a qualified Accounting Coordinator to join our team in Irving, Texas.
What you will get to do
• Assist in the processing of applications, training and assisting new cardholders as needed.
• Organize all p-card documentation and ensure files are easily accessible and organized for auditing purposes.
• Possess excellent understanding of web-based p-card banking program.
• Assist with card holder phone calls, including the research and resolution of errors and disputes.
• Assist in all processes including importing data into the G/L and posting the p-card entry for monthly close deadlines.
• Prepare month-end statement reports for audit and various internal department uses.
• Resolve all transaction disputes with vendors or bank in a timely fashion.
• Month End Close duties for P-Card & Epayables
• Special projects as requested by department management
Essential Experience and Skills
• Working knowledge of BOFA WORKS platform as well as SAP Concur
• 2-4 years’ experience in expense management and corporate card program
• A proven record in meeting deadlines and working collaboratively as part of a team are essential
• Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
• Solid Excel skills
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to details
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to conduct instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
