The Plant Administrator - Payroll position is in Union Bridge, MD and reports to the Human Resources Manager
The Plant Administrator - Payroll is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career with an industry leader in the cement industry. We are looking for someone who is hardworking and dedicated to join the team.
What You Will Get To Do
· Process weekly SNE & Hourly union employee payroll by inputting changes, complete corporate documentation and submittals, Kronos review and correction of hours, etc. Complete all necessary reporting. Will also be training as back-up for Workday – salaried employee payroll changes.
· Process and support changes to the Salaried employees bi-monthly payroll.
· Daily verification and insuring supervisor approvals of hours reported for hourly employees following union contract
· Coordinate with HR Manager plant wide communications to employees/retirees
· Manage the tracking and documentation of the hourly absenteeism policy.
Other duties as assigned.
