Contract Administrator
Position Summary
The Contract Administrator is a member of HCSGs Contracts team, working within HCSG’s Legal Group, and will be involved with all aspects of HCSG’s contract process with its clients, with duties including the drafting and revising of new service agreements as well as maintenance and renewal of existing service agreements.

Primary Responsibilities
- Administration of process related to the execution of HCSG’s service agreements and other related documents with its clients.
- Ensuring seamless coordination of the sales process and the contract process utilizing SalesForce.
- Coordinating with sales directors and operations to prepare and modify contracts and all ancillary documents.
- Monitoring requested changes to contracts and coordinating appropriate approvals for such changes.
- Ensuring proper execution of all documents and transition to accounts receivable and financial services teams.
- Direct interaction with clients and sales team to negotiate terms and conditions, including payment terms and indemnification provisions.
- Enforcement of contract execution process in accordance with company policy.
- Provide guidance to the operations team in contract matters such as contract requirements and interpretation.
- Provide support in collections and contract enforcement efforts including litigation and bankruptcy.
- The position is also integral to the ongoing effort to achieve best practices in the current contract administration process.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; J.D. or paralegal background a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce (Apttus/Conga) a plus.
- Highly organized and detail oriented and possess very strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive with minimal supervision.
- Ability and willingness to work with an internal team consisting of operations and sales personnel and negotiate with clients.
- Expertise with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to perform at a high-level in a fast-paced environment.
- Affinity for mastering new software tools including contract management software.
- Must demonstrate ability to be able to draft, redline and negotiate amendments adjusting such pricing and unit of measurement variances.
- Must have a solid understanding of contract structures, and the ability to identify and interpret key clauses and information within a contract.
