Overview:
HCSG is seeking a highly motivated individual to join as an HR Associate-Benefits Administrator with our growing Corporate HR Team in Bensalem, PA (Bucks County).
Position Summary
- Handle a high volume of day-to-day enrollment and administration of insurance benefit plans for union and non-union employees.
- Assess Employee Retirement Plan Eligibility
- Supports the benefit open enrollment process as it relates to rate finalization, identify report needs, verifying coverage is being offered in compliance with PPACA.
- Provide support to all field operations as it relates to employee benefits, COBRA, ACA compliance for employees processed through multiple separate payroll operating companies in 48 states.
- Handle daily administration for state retirement savings plans like Calsavers, Illinois Secure and Oregon Saves.
- Experience receiving and reconciling employee issues with benefits through email and phone calls.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of laws and regulations that apply to benefit plans (COBRA, Sec 125, HIPAA, etc.)
- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working for a large diverse company.
- Ability to interpret and assist in managing administration of 700+ union collective bargaining agreements as it relates to benefits.
- Experience handling a high volume of day-to-day enrollment and administration of insurance benefit plans for union and non-union employees.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- PHR, CEBS certification preferred.
- Able to review, comprehend and implement provisions to comply with terms of union collective bargaining agreements and other customer contracts.
