nique dual Clinical Supervisor role for an LCSW to provide direct patient care in an Emergency Department Crisis Unit & a 17 bed Adult Inpatient Psychiatric Unit and supervisor programs. Excellent
position for a high energy individual who wishes to be involved in developing a trauma informed evidenced based programs with a dynamic leadership team.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise crisis clinicians, IP social work and other allied health works on IP psychiatry & the ED.
- Develop and manage IP group therapy service line.
- Provide direct patient care involving crisis assessments, social work admissions, group & family therapy.
- Interface with local providers & colleagues across the Hartford Healthcare Behavioral Health Network.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work and current State of Connecticut licensure as an LCSW required.
- Minimum of three years providing crisis intervention services and working on an IP Psychiatric Unit.
- Experience with providing care to patients with chronic mental illness, substance abuse, child/adolescents, Stages of Change and recovery models required.
