WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training, and work/military experience• Required Experience: Minimum 8 years of related experience• Required Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
- Ability to facilitate and support Scrum events
- Familiarity with technologies such as Windows, Linux, NiFi, Storage, Oracle, Greenplum, Hadoop, HPCC, and Elastic Search.
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Poly• Required Skills and Abilities:
- Support the development of a strategy to help define the program's technical direction, such as by leading technical planning activities including roadmap development and systems integration
- Participate in development of technical project plans, reports, and contract (e.g., PMR) briefings
- Ensure program documentation to include inventory, licensing, procurement is kept up to date
- Leverage industry/government standards and widely accepted best practices to define processes and procedures that ensure secure and reliably functioning systems and services
- Assist in identifying and tracking of program action items, tracking and monitoring of ongoing projects and initiatives, coordination of project schedule(s), and capturing meeting minutes
- Identify programmatic and technical risks to the program, and work with teams to address and mitigate these risks
- Assist the program with assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements
- Collaborate with customers and program leadership to set priorities, implement tasking, and provide deliverables that are compliant with project schedules, priorities, and standards
- Collaborate with a variety of customers and contractors, which may include technical consultation, meeting coordination and support (e.g., TEMs), and preparation/support of technical briefings
Preferred Skills:Demonstrated experience in:
- tailoring project management and systems engineering fundamentals in complex environments
- optimizing work processes within the operations and support functions of the systems lifecycle
- providing program coordination support
- effectively communicating (verbally and in writing) across programs and with clients, stakeholders, and other contractors
- managing priorities across multiple projects
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
- Experience validating requirements with cross functional teams of engineer, data scientists, analysts and other senior level technical staff

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
