HOW A PROGRAM SR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
• Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues of $10M and above
• Supervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate managers and performs personnel actions such as hiring and performance evaluation
• Responsible for profitability and revenue growth of assigned programs
• Assures quality of program products, services, and deliverables
• Performs business development activities, including the review of technical and cost proposals
• Coordinates and monitors sub-contractor activities and administers sub-contractor deliverables and finances.
• Develops, reviews, and approves plan, schedules, consulting agreements and other program documents
• Prepares and provides status reports and technical reviews to senior management, as requested
• Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards
• Assists with resource/staffing management as needed
• Participates is special projects as required

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Education: Bachelors Degree or relevant experience
• Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Polygraph
• Required Skills and Abilities:

- Analytic mindset, good problem-solving skills, and attention to detail;

- Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills;

- Experience managing and motivating technical experts with a variety of backgrounds and skills;

- Experience coordinating limited resources across multiple projects;

- Excellent customer service, communication, and collaboration skills with both technical and nontechnical individuals;

- Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles;

- Knowledge and understanding of the software development life cycle;

- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods;

- Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies
• Preferred Skills:

- Certified Scrum Master
• Location: Customer Site
