This person should embody a passion for continuous improvement and a love of data-driven design.HOW A PROJECT/TASK MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned project. Supervises at least 15 employees
- Assess program processes and procedures and propose improvements to the PM/DPM
- Document both business and technical processes across the program as needed
- Assist with tracking and maintaining program data
- Plan, design, and implement improvements using tools like Excel or Sharepoint to improve data integrity and efficiency to support better decision making
- Administer and maintain the sponsors Sharepoint Site collection
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience• Required Experience: 10 to 15 years of directly related experience in System Engineering experience• Required Technical Skills:
- Understands data management principles and data-driven design Outstanding communication skills
- Action oriented, detailed, organized, and independent
- Proficient to expert in Excel
- Proficient in Sharepoint Design, Administration, and workflow design
- Ability to react positively to changing environments and advance progress with minimal direction
