er to join its Air Force (AF) Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) Enterprise Product Support (EPS) team to provide modernization, integration and sustainment engineering, sustainment planning, systems/Software (SW)/baseline testing, integrated cyber security support, Enterprise Services Support (ESS), Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) support, cloud migration, and Hardware (HW)/SW installation and removal services for the integrated sustainment of the AF DCGS. This includes lab support for operational, production, and test environments. The required services shall be provided primarily at Robins AFB, GA; Beale AFB, CA; Hanscom AFB, MA; and JBLE, VA, Hawaii, Korea, and Germany. However, support is also required at other locations within the Continental United States (CONUS) and OCONUS. HOW A SYSTEMS ENGINEER ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Serves as the Government's main POC for DCGS infrastructure issues
- Leads the Cybersecurity Team
- Manages the cybersecurity posture of the systems, which includes patching and ensuring the system is compliant with applicable DoD and DCGS policy
- Ensures maintenance of system certifications
- Leads accreditation activities and provides documentation, artifacts, and performs administrative accreditation activities
- Develops processes including cybersecurity in the system design, implementation, testing, and monitoring process and develop solutions aligned with DoD and DCGS cybersecurity regulations
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science• Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience• Required Technical Skills: Program Manager 801 or IT Project Manager 802 compliant• Security Clearance Level: Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility• Preferred Skills: IAM Level 1 desired.
