Our work depends on Business Process Analyst advisor joining our team to support the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) Case Coordination program.
HOW A BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Under the guidance of the Sr Solutions Advisor, collects and performs analysis on requirements from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of an information system;
- Performs required development tasks to implement system enhancements.
- Develops, tests, and maintains a library of queries for ad-hoc reports.
- Prepares and maintains technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems.
- Collects and performs analysis on moderately complex information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system.
- Prepares moderately complex flow charts, models, and procedures.
- Conducts feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.
- Conducts advanced form design and layout activities.
- Prepares systems specifications.
- Prepares and maintains technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems.
- Performs detailed analysis and systems designs.
- May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals.
- Performs basic database management and administration activities.
- Provides general system support cross program (can direct program resources to GDIT enterprise system helpfiles as necessary)
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:• Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree• Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience• Required Technical Skills:
- Exposure to application development using low code / no code technologies.
- Experience developing SQL queries
• Security Clearance Level: Public TrustPreferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of agile methodology and tools
- Exposure to Be Informed platform
- Exposure to ITSM
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Experience in Human Services Business Environments with Case Management processes
- Be Informed (BPM Development tool)

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
