GDIT is seeking a Vice President for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and Enterprise Services Business Area. The role requires a focused and experienced portfolio leader who understands and operates all aspects of this $150m - $200m per year business.
This executive will manage the Business Area’s BD, Capture and Delivery teams to grow the business and retain exceptional talent. This position has full Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility for the DISA and Enterprise Services Sector and reports directly to the Defense Division, Senior Vice President. This position requires full P&L authority to deliver projects and win new business within DISA, Joint Service Provider (JSP), and other Department of Defense (DoD) Fourth Estate agencies. In addition to the full P&L accountability, this executive will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the business and organization. ● Build and manage an effective and efficient team focused on high quality delivery, financial performance, and client relationship development
● Develop a short- and long-term growth strategy with related tactical execution plans that drive top line and bottom-line growth for the team
● Partner and leverage the Defense Division and company Growth and Chief Technology Office (CTO) teams to build a robust and targeted pipeline of DISA, JSP, and Fourth Estate opportunities and to pursue, capture, solution, and win new business, as well as recompetes of existing business
● Engage and leverage the GDIT and Defense Division CTO groups to bring our capabilities in cloud, infrastructure, applications development, and related services to existing and potentially new clients
● Build a culture throughout the team consistent with GDIT values centered around trust, transparency, honesty, and alignment
● Be accountable for being measured against annual revenue, margin, program performance, and contracts award metrics consistent with a growing enterprise, as well as business relationships internally and externally, and leadership impact with our teams and our clients
● Proficiency in building a business strategy and pipeline that drives growth and execution
● A critical success factor will be to embrace the opportunity to motivate and energize the team, while keeping pace in a dynamic environment, thriving under pressure, while seamlessly keeping the team inspired
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:● Education: Bachelor’s Degree● Required Experience: Fifteen (15+) years of military/civilian experience serving in the DoD or working as a contractor
● At least five (5) years of recent military/civilian/contractor experience working with DISA, JSP, and other Fourth Estate Agency● Required Technical Skills: Proficiency in building a business strategy and pipeline that drives growth and execution
● Extensive knowledge of the DISA and JSP enterprise, including the Pentagon● Leadership qualities that translate into business outcomes – specifically around team building and cohesion, client relationship development, and strategic thinking around enterprise business matters.
●The successful candidate will deliver proven DISA, JSP, and other Fourth Estate Agency experience (with tangible outcomes and results), a can-do attitude, an ability to influence internal and external customers, and a leadership and communication style required to lead a diverse, dispersed, and growing business.
● Demonstrated experience and success mounting new business capture campaigns, and hands-on engagement in developing capture strategies and compliant and compelling proposals for opportunities at DISA, JSP, and Fourth Estate agencies.
● The candidate will possess an established track record of creating, developing, and maintaining customer relationships at DISA, JSP, and other Fourth Estate Agency experience
● Established hands-on experience managing programs or organizations of significant size and complexity● Required Skills: Solid communication skills, both verbal and written

The likely salary range for this position is $255,000 - $345,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
