Business Intelligence Developer Sr joining our team to improve the functionality and capability of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and visualization solutions and services.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Designs and develops new data visualizations, dashboards, and other analytical tools to help analysts better access, analyze, and comprehend their data
- Lead a team of developers and data analysts to provide single pane of glass knowledge management solutions
- Adapt existing solutions, provide out-of-the-box solutions, or develop custom solutions to support evolving mission requirements
- Receive and define customer requests for services enhancements and determine specifications and expectations to include assessing the customer's need, recommending, and planning the development of the enhancement, and determining the specifications and expectations
- Coordinate with DTRA stakeholders to support diverse mission sets
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
- 5+ years of related experience
- Secuirty+CE; Expertise in a data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy)
- Must hold active Secret clearance (must be clearable to Top Secret SCI)
- Problem Solving, and expert analytic skills, Must be an exceptional communicator
- Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile development
- Must be Louisiana resident
