Intelligence Operations and Synchronization Specialist (Team Lead)Our work depends on an Intelligence Operations and Synchronization Specialist Team Lead to serve in support of administrative and intelligence tasks for a Combatant Command (CCMD), Directorate of Intelligence J2.
HOW AN INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS AND SYNCHRONIZATION SPECIALIST TEAM LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Serves as the Sr Intel Ops and Synch, Team Lead, on a large, Joint Intelligence Operations program in support of the USCENTCOM Area of Operations
- Supports and performs functions related to ISR planning, operations, and assessments.
- Collaborates with analysts to identify intelligence needs and develop tailored collection strategies aligned with USCENTCOM priorities.
- Employs Task Management Tool (TMT), E-Tasks, JSAPs, and other tasking mechanisms.
- Updates requestors on the status of collection requirements, fostering transparency and informed decision-making.
- Develops and delivers briefings and training materials related to ISR operations, effectively communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Continuously strives to improve knowledge and expertise in ISR assessments by staying updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Develops and maintains a comprehensive ISR dashboard, visualizing critical information like the effectiveness of various Multi-INT disciplines.
- Engages in research and development to enhance methods of communicating and visualizing key ISR data, enabling stakeholders to understand trends and key information.
- Conducts assessments of single and multi-INT collection platforms, detailing their effectiveness in achieving objectives and supporting MoEs/MoPs.
- Engages in routine communication with the customer on both mission and administrative deliverables.
- Identifies and implements corrective action plans, timely identification of issues and effective management of contractors assigned to the Intelligence and Operations Synchronization Division.
- Engages in technical, administrative supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the Intelligence Operations and Synchronization Division.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Security Clearance Level: TS / SCI, with favorable poly.
- US Citizenship Required
- Education / Required Experience: Master's Degree with 12 years related experience or Bachelor's Degree with a total of 17yrs experience as a substitute to the Master's Degree
- Required: Must attempt the CCMP-F within 1 yr, task management and prioritization skills, ISR expertise
- Preferred: CENTCOM Intelligence Experience
